Kindle Fire Cozy Free Crochet Pattern
Hey y’all,
I was working on a sweater crochet project last week and I must admit it is not going so good. The sweater I did is too big for me. So while I was pondering whether I should frog it or keep it too big I decided to attempt a smaller project.
I designed my first pattern, yay! Well, it’s not so much a “pattern” as it is two different stitches combined in multicolor to create something nice.
While working on said sweater, I fell in love all over again with the Half-double crochet stitch. There really is something soothing about that stitch. It works up fast and is a no brainer (great for when you’re also watching Game of Thrones and need to concentrate on the numerous characters, ha!).
To create this Kindle Fire Sleeve, I used some leftover yarn I already had from a previous project for my son. You can add this pattern to your Ravelry queue here: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/kindle-fire-cozy
